American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks told the world that she'd never had vocal training -- but her vocal coach, Melissa Black, says that she tutored Jordin a few years back when Jordin was 14, and that she had weekly sessions. Melissa Black said she was "hurt for a week" when Jordin said she hadn't had any formal training. "Jordin didn't have to mention my name," says Black. "But at least acknowledge you had training."

The good news is she might be headed back to try rehab again at Malibu's Promises as early as today, just a couple months after her first attempt.

On Friday, ABC announced that ROSIE O'DONNELL is indeed FINISHED with "The View". . . which means she's leaving three weeks before her contract is officially up.

A sports memorabilia collector announced last week that he's selling the suit, shirt and tie O.J. wore when he was acquitted of the murders of NICOLE BROWN and Fred's son, RON GOLDMAN. He was buying the suit for 25-grand, and expected to turn around and re-sell it for $100,000. Well, Goldman's lawyer went to court yesterday, filing legal papers asking that the suit be turned over to Goldman. . . to help cover a portion of the approximately $38 million civil settlement O.J. owes the Goldman and Brown families.

Scott Stapp, the former lead singer of Creed, was arrested in Florida last night on suspicion of domestic assault with intent to commit a felony. Scott Stapp spent the night behind bars in a Palm Beach County jail, ...This morning a judge lowered Scott's original booking charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. Now, the state attorney has 30 days to charge him or reject the case altogether.....At this point, no victim has been identified.

A "Sex and the City" movie might be in the works! The HBO series went off the air three years ago, and since then both fans and cast members have been asking for the big-screen version. Sources say the film version is still only in development.

All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter is apparently getting a little too much personal attention from a Delta Airlines flight attendant. The woman, known as "Delta Dawn," nabbed Ritter's phone number from his booking information, and now calls him between connections...He says that Dawn also "called me on my birthday. She comes to concerts and brings cookies." A rep for Delta said in a statement that "Delta is an airline of professionals and we have strict policies against employees using customers' personal information for any purposes other than Delta business."

Kids will be taking over CBS next season. On the network's schedule is a new reality series featuring a group of eight to 15-year-olds. Their mission -- to create their own society in 40 days in a 19th century ghost town. The 13-episode project is called "Kid Nation" and will air Wednesdays on CBS this fall.

Sheryl Crow celebrated her first Mother's Day as a mother this weekend. Just days before mom's big day, Sheryl announced her adoption of a baby boy. She named the two-month old infant Wyatt Steven. The name Wyatt was for her father, and Steven is for her little brother. She added that his nickname is Scooter, the same as her longtime manager and friend Steven Weintraub. No other details about her newly adopted son were released, however, Sheryl's publicist says the child was born in the United States.

Eddie Murphy will star in a big-screen adaptation of Fantasy Island, playing multiple roles.

While you may hear "I'll be back" from the "Terminator" once again, it may not come from Arnold Schwarzenegger's mouth. A production company has purchased the rights to the "Terminator" movie series and plans to produce at least three more films. A spokesman for Governor Schwarzenegger, who starred in the first three movies, said the project is "not even on his radar."

Bobby Brown says his divorce settlement with Whitney Houston is too harsh. According to "Entertainment Tonight," the former New Edition singer has filed a lawsuit in the California Superior Court of Orange County. Brown is seeking custody of the former couple's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, along with child support and spousal support.

An effort to draw support for jail-bound hotel heiress Paris Hilton fell flat Thursday in the Big Apple. According to the "New York Post," a "Free Paris" rally in Manhattan drew just a handful of people.

A "Free Paris" rally will be held in lower Manhattan later today. Organizers of the event say they are upset by a Los Angeles judge's decision to send Paris Hilton off to 45 days in prison over Hilton's drunk driving arrest. On the website "FreeParis.shutterline.com," organizers say Hilton's jail time is all about "a young woman being oppressed." Today's rally will begin at 4 p.m. in Washington Square Park. A similar event is being held in Los Angeles.

Paris Hilton's going to jail. On Friday, a judge for the Los Angeles Superior Court ordered Paris to spend 45 days behind bars starting on June 5th. Paris was accused of driving on a suspended license in February. She had been under probation after pleading no contest to a DUI last year. During the hearing, Paris said she didn't know her license had been suspended when she was pulled over for driving without headlights in late February. She blamed it on her rep, Elliot Mintz, who she claims told her that she could drive for work purposes. Paris and Mintz have parted ways since the sentence was handed down Friday. The good news for Paris is that she'll be staying in the same jail as former "Lost" star Michelle Rodriguez. The actress was slated to spend 60 days behind bars, but was released within hours due to overcrowding.

Paris Hilton is making the sensational claim that the police pull her over with the express purpose of hitting on her, not citing her.

In an interview given before she was sentenced to 45 days in jail last Friday, Paris tells Harper's Bazaar that policemen routinely stop her and ask, "What's your phone number? Want to go out to dinner?" Paris says she finds the alleged accosting "annoying." "I think I get in trouble because of who I am," says Paris.

Maroon 5 will be warming up for the band's new album release with a six-date club tour beginning May 30th in Boston. Maroon 5's sophomore album, "It Won't Be Soon Before Long," is due in stores May 22nd. They will be in West Hollywood on June 2nd at the Troubadour.

Tom Cruise has plunked down $35 million for a Beverly Hills home for himself, Katie Holmes and baby Suri....Tom had been renting a home in Beverly Hills for the past several years ... but that lease runs out next year. The new address, which reportedly was not even on the market when Cruise made his offer, is described as a " traditional-style residence." Originally built as a 10,000-sq.-ft. structure in 1937, the house was expanded four years ago and currently contains seven bedroom and nine bathrooms. An hour after boxing champ Oscar De La Hoya lost his title Saturday in Las Vegas against "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather, his wife, Millie Corretjer, revealed he was going to be a father for the fourth time. This will be De La Hoya's fourth child and his wife's second. The couple welcomed a son, Oscar Gabriel, on Dec. 29, 2005. De La Hoya, 34, and Corretjer, a 33-year-old Puerto Rican pop singer, were married Oct. 5, 2001. The couple met in 2000, when both were signed to the same record label. (De La Hoya's debut CD that year earned a Grammy nod.) The boxer has two other children: Jacob, 9, and Atiana, 8, from previous relationships. It seems a dirty dancing encounter may have cost Akon his tour sponsorship with Verizon Wireless. "30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan will avoid jail time following two DUI arrests by wearing a high-tech ankle bracelet for 90 days. Every 30 minutes the device will test for alcohol vapors that come out of the skin. If the ankle bracelet shows the presence of alcohol, Morgan will have to start the 90 days over.

American Idol's, Blake Lewis and Chris Richardson risked breaking curfew to hang out in the Hollywood club scene this weekend ......Papo cameras caught up with the guys as they WALKED to Parc nightclub.....Chris hammed it up for the cameras, answering questions and flashing his smile. Rapper-actress Eve was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence after she crashed a Maserati in Hollywood early yesterday on Hollywood Boulevard. Eve was booked on misdemeanor drunken driving and posted $30,000 bail. She is scheduled to return to court May 17.

At a recent show in Vegas, Prince invited Paris to join him onstage. Paris happily hopped onstage, only to have Prince hand her the microphone and say to the audience: "Let's see if she can really sing," MSNBC.com reports. Paris was so mad, she walked offstage and right out of the club two songs later.

Actor Alec Baldwin will address the angry voice mail he recently left his young daughter on today's "The View." In the interview, which was taped Wednesday, an emotional Baldwin reportedly says that he took his frustration over his and ex-wife Kim Basinger's custody battle "out on the wrong person."

When "American Idol" said they were giving back, they really meant it. Producers for the hit Fox show say they've raised 60-million dollars for charity over the last couple of days. With more money still coming in, "Idol" producers will announce a new tally when the show returns on Tuesday night.

A crazed fan allegedly tried to run over actress Sandra Bullock's husband late Sunday night. Marcia Valentine, "attempted three or four times to run Jesse James over with her silver Mercedes" as Bullock and Jesse James' ten-year-old child looked on. James was not hurt. Officers were called, but Valentine had apparently fled before they arrived. Police were able to bring her into custody Monday morning.

Tyra Banks finally paid a brunch bill Thursday after mistakenly leaving a Manhattan eatery without settling the check last weekend. On Saturday, Tyra ate at the Brooklyn Diner with Russell Simmons and his children – but the party left without paying.....As Banks explained on The View Thursday morning, she had offered to pick up the check, then Simmons insisted he would, but ultimately neither did in a misunderstanding......The New York Daily News reported that Banks and Simmons "dined and dashed," ....."She is cheap and I didn't pay the bill," So yesterday she went in and paid the check and left a $120 tip for the waitress.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are getting serious in their efforts to have a child. The couple is telling friends that they've cleared their summer schedules to concentrate on getting Demi prego.

Sanjaya Malakar's family has a history with marijuana and the police. TMZ is reporting his mother and sister were arrested back in February 2005 after cops found over 300 pot plants in their garage. Police first encountered Sanjaya's sister Shyamali, who was also a hopeful on this year's "Idol." Shyamali was reportedly found with a stash of marijuana and "smoking devices." She was arrested on possession charges. Shyamali then led cops to another marijuana-growing operation, where they arrested Sanjaya's mother, Jillian Blith. Blith was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her offense.

"People" magazine has made Drew Barrymore its cover girl for its 18th annual "100 Most Beautiful People" issue. Other celebs making the "Most Beautiful" list include actresses Halle Berry and Julia Roberts, Patrick Dempsey , Carrie Underwood and Peter Wentz. The youngest, actor Will Smith's son, 15-year-old Trey Smith.

After more than two months spent battling for custody in the Bahamas, Larry Birkhead is finally heading home. And he's bringing his daughter with him. Rosie O'Donnell's contract negotiations may have fell through because she wanted the woman who brought her to ABC out. The New York Post is reporting " O'Donnell told the network that she would only stay on at "The View" if they got rid of show creator Barbara Walters and let her take over the show herself. If the network had chosen to go with Rosie, they would have had to buy Barbara Walters out of her contract....So many different theories and rumors circulating.Rosie will remain on the show as a regular until the end of June. Another "Rosie Rumor"....Rosie wanted $10 million a year for 1 year only. ABC did not turn down the money. They turned down the one-year part. They wanted stability. They would have paid her $30 million to sign for three years. That's how much they wanted her. She was the future of "The View."

SPIDER-Man 3" will be the most expensive movie ever made when it opens May 4. It looks like actor Alec Baldwin isn't going to be winning any father of the year awards. That's according to TMZ.com, which obtained a copy of an alleged voicemail Alec left his eleven-year-old daughter Ireland after she missed his scheduled call from New York to her in Los Angeles. Baldwin lashes out at his daughter for missing a scheduled phone call, saying she was a "rude little pig" and threatening to "straighten your ass out." In a statement, Baldwin's rep says the actor "acknowledges that he should have used different language in parenting his child" but that "everyone who knows him privately knows what he has been put through for the past six years."

A security officer's written statement says Lindsay Lohan may be responsible for flooding an apartment. Lindsay's apartment flooded last month, sending water into her ex-boyfriend Harry Morton's apartment one floor below and reportedly causing more than 150-thousand-dollars in damage there. A security officer wrote on the report that when he went to check Lohan's unit to find the source of the water, he found the bathtub overflowing.

TV personality Regis Philbin will soon be back to work following a triple-bypass surgery. The 75-year-old called into "Live with Regis & Kelly" this morning to tell his co-host Kelly Ripa that he will return to the show Thursday, April 26th. The date will be about six weeks after he left to undergo the bypass. Philbin needed the surgery after feeling chest pains and shortness of breath. The show has been renewed through at least the 2010-2011 season.

Several former "American Idol" contestants are part of the movement that's helping Sanjaya Malakar stay on the show. Paris Bennett, who was a finalist last year, told a Minneapolis radio station last week that she and "a few" of her former competitors have been voting for Sanjaya. Bennett says, quote, "We want to see him win because it'll kinda prove that 'American Idol' is kinda losing its taste, and that it kinda isn't going for talent anymore, it's more for popularity." She went on to call Sanjaya's performances "stale," with the exception of last week's Latin-themed show. Paris also equates this year's competition to the film "American Dreamz," which she describes as "the guy from India" and Mandy Moore. Bennett is currently readying her debut album. "Princess P" is due to hit stores on May 8th.

Nicole Brown Simpson's estate wants to bid on the book rights to O.J. Simpson's "If I Did It" at a sheriff's auction Tuesday in Sacramento to make certain the book is never published. The attorney for the estate, Greg K. Hafif, says they want a judge to allow them to take a portion of the 20-million-dollar civil judgement won from Simpson and use it as a "credit bid." Hafif says he'd also like Fred Goldman, Ron Goldman's father, to join in the process. The "Los Angeles Times" says Goldman's lawyer, David J. Cook, objects to the legal maneuver by the estate. Cook says the Goldmans have spent the better part of a decade trying to collect from Simpson, and is critical of the Brown estate for coming in so late. A Superior Court ordered the auction on the book last month and ordered that all proceeds and any resulting profit from the book go to the Goldman family.

A movie on the late Anna Nicole Smith is already in the works. According to "Variety," the film "Anna Nicole" will focus on the former "Playboy" Playmate's life from the age of 17 until her February death at 39-years-old. Topics likely to be covered will be her stint as a successful model, marriage to oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, her son Daniel's death last September and daughter Dannielynn's birth just prior. There's no word as to whether Tuesday's announcement that photographer Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Dannielynn will be included in the movie, or when and how the film will be released. It will be directed by Keoni Waxman. Set to play Smith in the flick is pop star and "Dancing with the Stars" alum Willa Ford. NBC's "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" plans to air a "ripped from the headlines" Anna Nicole Smith-themed episode in May, on which actress Kristy Swanson will play a buxom blonde.

Sara Evans is being sued by her ex-nanny. Nashville's "Tennessean" newspaper reports that Allison Clinton Lee has filed a suit against the country singer and her attorneys for defamation. Last fall, Evans claimed in her divorce papers that her husband, Craig Schelske, had an affair with Lee. Lee is claiming that her name was smeared with the allegations. Don't expect to hear pop star Justin Timberlake bash his ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz anytime soon. The 26-year-old, who split from the 34-year-old actress earlier this year, tells British "GQ," that it's quote, "hard for me to talk about because we're talking about a person that I love and respect." He adds, "If I hear anyone say anything bad about Cameron then I'll have something to say to them." Timberlake and Diaz dated for about four years. When it comes to the condition of his previous ex, singer Britney Spears, Timberlake says, "Honestly, I am so far removed from that situation." Spears recently left rehab after about a month of treatment. She entered the California facility after shocking the public by shaving all the hair off of her head. Spears filed for divorce from husband Kevin Federline in November. The couple have two young sons together.

The identity of the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby is just a few hours away from being revealed. According to TMZ.com, the biological dad of six-month-old Dannielynn should be known following a hearing in the Bahamas set to begin at 2:30 p.m Eastern. Expected to attend the hearing are Smith's former companion and attorney, Howard K. Stern, and ex-boyfriend, photographer Larry Birkhead. Both men claim to be the baby's birth father. Also set to attend the hearing is Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, who is expected to declare her intent to seek custody of the baby, no matter who the father is. Smith died in February from an accidental drug overdose.

An Atlanta attorney is being retained by the former companion of the late Anna Nicole Smith. Howard K. Stern has hired Lin Wood who has released a statement warning media companies against falsely implicating his client, Stern, in the death of the former Playboy Playmate. Wood, who has also represented John and Patsy Ramsey, says his client has never been charged with any crime, but finds himself on trial in the media. Wood was retained after weekend meetings with Stern in the Bahamas.

FANTASIA is fed up with people joking about her being illiterate. . . and would like to set the record straight. It turns out, she's not COMPLETELY illiterate. . .

According to Star magazine, when Britney Spears and Kevin Federline met to discuss their divorce, Britney was still reluctant to go through with it. Star says Britney asked K-Fed, "Do you really want to do this?" Kevin said he did, and Britney replied, "You're the biggest mistake I ever made."

Yes, Britney said, "You're the biggest mistake I ever made, but thank you for my babies." Then the two puffed on cigarettes for a 15-minute smoking break, before hashing out the final terms of their split -- which is going to cost Britney around $13 million.

According to the Star, these are the divorce details:

A 2004 prenup agreement called for K-Fed to get $250,000 for each year of their marriage, but Britney upped that figure to $500,000 to speed up the negotiations.

He receives half the proceeds from their Malibu mansion, which is on the market for $13.5 million.

Britney will pay $25,000 a month in child support for each of the couple's two children until they reach 18.

Kevin gets custody of the boys four days a week.

He gets to keep all the gifts Britney bought them during their marriage.

And he's forbidden to write a tell-all book about their marriage.

Fun fact: $500,000 for each year of marriage breaks down to about $57 an hour. At that rate, Jason Alexander, her first husband, would have received $3,135!

The list of candidates to take Bob Barker's place as host of the long-running TV game show "The Price is Right" is apparently getting smaller. According to "The Hollywood Reporter," George Hamilton, Todd Newton, former "Seinfeld" co-star John O'Hurley, Mario Lopez and "Entertainment Tonight" co-host Mark Steines [[ STYNES ]] are among the top contenders to replace the venerable emcee. Both CBS and "Price is Right" producer FremantleMedia North America are keeping mum on the subject. The 83-year-old Barker announced his retirement last October and is scheduled to tape his final show in June after 35 years. Before hosting "The Price is Right," Barker emceed the zany stunt show "Truth or Consequences" for nearly 20 years.

Fast-food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken is hoping to capitalize on the ever-changing hairdos of one "American Idol" contestant. KFC has offered 17-year-old finalist Sanjaya Malakar a free lifetime supply of its Famous Bowls, if he sports a bowl hairstyle during a performance on the Fox singing competition.

If you happen to look like "American Idol" contestant Sanjaya Malakar, you could make a few bucks out of it. An anonymous production company has posted a message on Craigslist.com looking for a Sanjaya lookalike to star in a parody of the Fox reality show. The message promises national TV exposure for all who tryout, and 250 dollars for the person who gets the gig. As for requirements, the posting reads, quote, "Don't worry if your hair isn't long, we can wig you. Don't worry if you can't sing, after all, it's Sanjaya." Former Spice Girl member Melanie Brown has given birth to a baby girl. A rep for the singer tells "People" magazine the child was born early this morning in Santa Monica and is "completely healthy with a good head of hair." She has not yet been named. Ironically, the baby girl was born on actor Eddie Murphy's 46th birthday. Brown has claimed Murphy, who she used to date, is the father of the child. During an interview on a Dutch TV show last year, Murphy said, "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test." Murphy's divorce from his wife of 12 years, Nicole, became final last spring. The former couple have five children together. Murphy also has a son from a previous relationship, while Brown has another daughter from a previous relationship.

The home of Duran Duran bass player John Taylor was burglarized last night. Citing police, entertainment website TMZ.com reports Taylor's house was ransacked and several items were taken, including Taylor's personal safe. The burglary was discovered by Taylor's housekeeping staff. Taylor and his family are currently in England.

Chris Sligh, who was voted off American Idol last week, told his local newspaper in Greenville, South Carolina, that he was going to quit the competition two weeks before he was voted off the show. Chris said that he ultimately decided to stay on American Idol so he could go on tour with the other Top 10 AI contestants when the season ends.

Just a quick, interesting note on ANNA NICOLE SMITH this morning. It turns out that, of the 11 drugs found in the hotel room where Anna Nicole Smith died, not a single one of them was actually prescribed to her.

EIGHT of the prescriptions Anna was taking were actually written out to HOWARD K. STERN. Two were prescribed to someone named Alan Katz and the last one was prescribed to Anna's personal therapist, Khristine Eroshevich, who, by the way, wrote all 11 prescriptions.

Prince is living up to the "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" creed. According to TMZ.com, the singer plans to continue his Las Vegas show through the month of April. His last performance at the Rio Hotel club 3-1-2-1 was originally supposed to take place over the weekend. Prince has been playing at the venue on Fridays and Saturdays since November. Tickets for the extended dates are now on sale. Prince's tune "Song of the Heart" for the 2006 animated film "Happy Feet" earned the Golden Globe Award earlier this year for Best Original Song.

NEW COUPLES ALERT?

There MAY be two hot new couples in town ... First rumor -- Penelope Cruz and Josh Hartnett. In Touch magazine says Penelope is going out of her way to keep her new romance with Josh Hartnett quiet. They supposedly went to an L.A. restaurant called The Little Door, where they asked for the restaurant's secluded "Blue Room." A waiter told In Touch that Penelope and Josh kissed each other goodbye before they went their separate ways, and the waiter adds, they were "touchy-feely all night, holding hands and kissing ... They were cute."

The second rumored couple is Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal -- as reported by Perezhilton.com. Perez claims Jake and Reese met while working together on the film Rendition and were seen spending time together in New York recently. "They are 100% dating," says a close insider. "Reese and Jake are being smart about things and keeping their relationship very discrete and out of the public eye."

Black Eyed Peas member Taboo is facing drunk driving charges. TMZ.com reports that Taboo, whose real name is Jaime Luis Gomez, was arrested Tuesday night after he allegedly crashed his car 20 miles east of Los Angeles. Taboo was booked at Los Angeles County Sheriff Industry Station's jail and released several hours later on five-thousand-dollar bail. He faces a driving under the influence charge, as well as possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a prescribed medication without a prescription. A court date has not yet been set. Taboo is one of four members in Black Eyed Peas, which also includes Fergie, will.i.am and apl.de.ap. The hip-hop group has won three Grammy Awards and sold more than 20-million albums and singles worldwide.

Actress Halle Berry tried to end her life after her first marriage failed. The Oscar-winner tells "Parade" magazine that when she and former baseball star David Justice split, she was, quote, "sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me." Berry says that because her mother "sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do. It was all about a relationship. My sense of worth was so low." At that moment, Berry "promised myself I would never be a coward again." The actress says her second marriage to singer Eric Benet was "horrific" and doomed almost from the start, adding "We were in sex rehab after one year." The 40-year-old is now dating model Gabriel Aubry and recently told "InStyle" magazine that she will "never, never get married again." Berry next stars opposite Bruce Willis in the film "Perfect Stranger," out April 13th.

Usmagazine.com reports Jeremy Piven has been banned from Nobu Matsuhisa's restaurants after he left a DVD of the first season of Entourage as a tip. He was in Aspen for the recent U.S. Comedy Arts Festival and a source says: "He was asked never to return to Matsuhisa in Aspen by a manager. He came in with a large group of 12 or more without reservations and asked for a table. It was a very busy night, but a table, although cramped, was provided. On his way out, he made a nasty comment to the manager: 'Thanks for nothing.' He left a DVD of the first year of Entourage to one of the waiters. An employee ran up the stairs and hurled it at him as he was leaving."

BRUCE WILLIS turned 52 last Monday, and he celebrated by taking in a gig by British singer AMY WINEHOUSE.

And while Amy REFUSED Bruce's romantic advances later that evening, he didn't go away empty-handed. Witnesses say he was making out with COURTNEY LOVE during the show.

"Extra" is reporting that BRITNEY SPEARS went to church on Sunday morning. . . and one of her security bodyguards PULLED A GUN on a photographer.

The incident supposedly went down outside the Bel Air Presbyterian Church. After getting a gun pulled on him, the photographer was temporarily detained. . . but later released.

There's no word why Britney or her bodyguard decided to pull a gun on this photographer.

Britney Spears was back under medical care over the weekend. TMZ.com reports that the singer, who left rehab last week, checked into Century City Hospital in California Sunday for emergency work on one of her teeth. Spears was said to have been experiencing significant pain in one of her molars. She reportedly left the hospital one hour later. Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, is denying tabloid rumors that the singer is relapsing. Britney Spears entered rehab a month ago after displaying bizarre behavior, including shaving all of the hair off her head.

Riley Keough (Lisa Marie Presley's daughter), and her boyfriend, singer Ryan Cabrera (Ashlee Simpson's ex), were both wearing bands on their left ring fingers at a recent L.A. benefit for VH1's Save the Music Foundation (a nonprofit all about restoring music education in public schools).

Justin Timberlake has reportedly banned booze and cigarettes from the UK part of his world tour. "He's stipulated that absolutely no hard liquor of any kind be allowed backstage, a "source" told the Daily Star. "He's also said that cigarettes are a no-no and that he wants the backstage to be as organic as possible."

In Touch magazine says Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz "were spotted spending quality time together in Los Angeles." Justin and Cameron, who broke up in January, were seen enjoying each other's company at the Whisky Bar in the Sunset Marquis Hotel recently. Then later that same weekend, Justin and Cameron were reportedly surfing in Malibu.

The "New York Daily News" says Britney is still worth about $100 million. . . and K-Fed is bound by an iron-clad prenuptial agreement that only awards him $1 million.

Justin Timberlake's attempt to bring sexy back may have cost him an honor in his homestate. A resolution to honor the accomplishments of the famous Tennessee native was deferred for the second time yesterday. Such resolutions are routine and often pass without any problems. However, several Republican lawmakers objected to the title of Timberlake's Grammy Award-winning song "SexyBack" and "FutureSex/LoveSounds" album and tour. The resolution first came up Wednesday and was reset on yesterday's calendar. It's now been put off indefinitely. Senator Raymond Finney raised the initial objections during Wednesday's Republican Caucus meeting. After yesterday's session, he told reporters the resolution's deferral is a "non-story" and accused them of trying to make news where none exists. There's no word on when the measure will be considered.

MARK WAHLBERG was a juvenile delinquent growing up in Boston.

He and his friends even stole the same car 15 TIMES. He says, quote, "We'd pop the tilt steering and [the owner] never got it fixed.

"We're hanging around, we're hooking school. . . and we'd go take the car, we'd drive around and we'd hide it by my house for a couple of days and they'd find it, he'd get it back, we'd go and take it again. . .

The website TVWeek.com says that TV Land is developing a reality show in which Cindy. . . (--who played Shirley). . . will live with Penny. . . (--who played Laverne). Sadly, though, the "loosely scripted" show will feature them as Penny and Cindy. . . not as Laverne and Shirley.

Supposedly, the pilot for the series will be filmed next month. There's no word when it would make it onto TV Land's esteemed roster. (--"Laverne & Shirley" aired from 1976 to 1983.)

Ellen DeGeneres is bringing her humor to greeting cards! Ellen has signed a licensing deal with American Greetings Corp. to develop a signature line of greeting cards that showcase her trademark humor. The Ellen cards will be in stores by summer.

Wahlberg received his first Oscar nomination this year for his work in the Oscar winning Martin Scorsese film "The Departed." In his new movie "Shooter," he plays a disgruntled former Marine sniper who winds up getting double crossed after he is called back into action to protect the president. "Shooter" opens in theaters this weekend.

Pop star Brandy may be losing her "America's Got Talent" judging gig. According to the online blog "Televisionary," the 28-year-old could be replaced by rocker Ozzy Osbourne's wife and former MTV "The Osbournes" co-star, Sharon, on the NBC reality show. The reason may be Brandy's legal woes due to her involvement in a fatal car accident. The singer was reportedly driving on a Los Angeles-area freeway December 30th, when she failed to notice traffic had slowed. Her SUV then rear-ended another car. That vehicle was then struck by several other cars. The driver of the first car ultimately died. Two wrongful death suits have already been filed against Brandy. She could also face criminal charges. NBC would not comment on the Brandy rumors. "America's Got Talent" follows the search for the country's best dancers, singers, comedians and bizarre novelty acts.

Adam Sandler was originally scheduled to be a guest on Late Night with David Letterman to promote his film "Reign Over Me." Instead, Adam ended up interviewing his "Reign Over Me" co-star Don Cheadle and race car driver Danica Patrick. Letterman went home sick earlier in the day after coming down with a stomach virus. The absence was a rarity for Letterman, who has only been off the job twice due to health issues. In 2000, he missed five weeks after undergoing emergency bypass surgery. And in 2003, he missed a month after suffering a bout with shingles.

NICOLE RICHIE is taking such GOOD CARE of herself that she's having problems simply STANDING UPRIGHT on the set of the fifth season of "The Simple Life".

Yesterday, a judge in Nassau ordered that Anna Nicole Smith's daughter would be forced to undergo a paternity test to identify who the father is.

Jack was inspired to step up while doing research for his new movie, "The Bucket List", in which he plays a man dying of cancer. (--You may recall that Jack was TOTALLY BALD at this year's Oscars. This movie was the reason why.)

Jennifer Lopez isn't ready to open up about her intimate life with Sean "Diddy" Combs. "The New York Post" recently asked J.Lo to comment on an interview "Essence" magazine did last fall with Combs' longtime-girlfriend Kim Porter. In it, Porter, the mother of Diddy's three-month old twin daughters, brushed off the hip-hop mogul's fling with Lopez, saying, quote, "He fell for a booty and a smile." She also said she would not allow Diddy to take their son Christian around Lopez at the time, and said she told Diddy that he would return to her after he left, quote, "his little Puerto Rican girlfriend." He did. When asked to respond to Porter's comments, Lopez told the "Post," quote, "Look, she knows what went on, I know what went on. And that is where we have to leave it."
Lopez tells "Monsters and Critics" that she might write a tell-all book about her former lovers -- when she's 80. In the meantime, she's focusing on the present. Lopez is getting ready to make an appearance on Fox's "American Idol" on April 11th.

An Andy Warhol portrait of Marilyn Monroe that a collector bought for 250-dollars may bring him over 15-million-dollars. The collector bought the painting in 1962 and is putting it up for auction this May at Christie's auction house. Entitled "Lemon Marilyn," the portrait was one of 13 Warhol made of Monroe after the actress died in August of 1962. The unidentified collector bought the painting at Eleanor Ward's Stable Gallery in New York where Warhol held his first one-man exhibition that included eight paintings in the series. Another painting in the series, "Orange Marilyn" was sold last year for more than 16-million-dollars. The latest work will be on public display at Christie's in London the first part of this week before going on sale May 16th in New York.

"Live with Regis and Kelly" co-host Regis Philbin's triple-bypass surgery is being called a success. Sources tell the "New York Post" that the 75-year-old TV personality underwent the procedure Wednesday morning in New York City. The doctor who worked on Philbin is the same who did "Late Show" host David Letterman's quintuple-bypass surgery in 2000. Philbin shared on "Live" Monday morning that he "had been feeling chest pains, you know, and shortness of breath and all those little symptoms that you hear about." After a series of tests, he said that his doctors told him he had no other choice but to undergo the bypass. Philbin is expected to be out around five weeks. Guest co-hosts filling in alongside Kelly Ripa in Philbin's absence reportedly will include Howie Mandel, Neal Patrick Harris, Pat Sajak, Jeff Probst, Martin Short and Donald Trump.

"Beverly Hills 90210" alum Tori Spelling has given birth to her first child. According to "Entertainment Tonight," Spelling delivered a baby boy at a Los Angeles hospital yesterday. Tori and her husband of 10 months named the baby who weighed in at just over six pounds, Liam Aaron McDermott.

Candy Spelling told People magazine that she and her estranged daughter Tori "have been in touch with each other and are in the process of communicating and working things out." Randy Spelling, Tori's brother, said his mom is "so excited" about being a grandmother, saying, "My mom is having a grandchild and that puts things into perspective."

"Ugly Betty" won a best television series, musical or comedy "Golden Globe" award this year.

DREAMWORKS ANIMATION announced yesterday that starting in 2009, they'll be releasing ALL their movies in 3-D. The first will be "Monsters vs. Aliens" that summer. . . and would include "Shrek 4" and "Puss in Boots" the following year.

Snoop Dogg is in trouble with the law again -- this time in Sweden. Police in Stockholm say the rap star and a woman in her early 20s were arrested earlier today on suspected narcotics use. Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was detained and released about four hours later. The 35-year-old played Stockholm's Globe Arena yesterday and was due to play the Oslo Spektrum later today with fellow rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs as part of a joint European tour. Authorities say body samples were taken from Snoop Dogg and the unidentified woman and sent off to a lab for testing. Results are due in two to three weeks and the rapper could face a fine if the tests come back positive for drug use. Snoop Dogg was arrested in Los Angeles two months ago for deadly weapons possession after airport security found a collapsible baton in his luggage.

The "Hollywood Reporter" says that TOM HANKS and TIM ALLEN are indeed returning to voice the lead characters in "Toy Story 3". (--No other casting has been announced. "Toy Story 3" is due in theaters in 2009.)

ELLIOTT YAMIN DOES credit "American Idol" for his career. He tells MTV News, quote, "I guess I am moving on, but none of this would be possible without that show. I'm forever in debt to that show."

Twice the celebration is in order for actress Salma Hayek. The actress' rep has confirmed to "People" magazine that Hayek is engaged to her businessman boyfriend Francois-Henri Pinault and that the couple is "is happy to announce they are expecting the arrival of their first child." Forty-year-old Hayek and Pinault have kept their relationship fairly low profile up to this point. The actress is the executive producer of ABC's break-out hit "Ugly Betty," on which she also guest stars. Hayek has previously dated actors Edward Norton and Josh Lucas. Pinault is the CEO of luxury goods firm PPR, which owns the brands Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent.

First Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis offered Antonella $250,000 to serve as a celebrity host for upcoming releases, and now SugarDVD, the largest renter of adult DVDs online, tells TMZ they've offered Antonella $500,000 to become their new spokesperson. Last month, the same company offered $1 million to Kim Kardashian, which she flat out refused.

The Daily Mirror reports that Johnny Depp's 7-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose, is extremely sick and has been in the hospital for the past nine days! TMZ.com reports that the cause of Lily-Rose's mysterious ailment was a rusty tack ... According to In Touch, "the wound was left untreated" and "blood poisoning developed. It has now spread through her body and has affected her vital organs." Even though there's been conflicting reports on Lily-Rose's condition, Johnny's reps told AP that she is "doing much better."

"Everyone is making comments about how sad it is that it took this to get everyone together," a "source" close to Kevin told People. "There was a lot of distance between the families but it seems now they all have a common goal, which is to help Britney get better."

If Antonella Barba gets kicked off, she's got other options. Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has offered Antonella $250,000 to serve as a celebrity host of an upcoming release. "There's a little Girls Gone Wild in every woman," says Joe Francis, "and this should be embraced as a positive, not a negative.

The former co-host of "The View" Star Jones Reynolds is making a television comeback. Reynolds, who recently landed a guest appearance on NBC's "Law & Order: SVU," has now signed a deal with Court TV to host her own show. She says she enjoyed "The View," but now its time to move on.

The producers of "American Idol" are striking back at "The View." The hit Fox reality competition will no longer allow the live ABC talk show to air "Idol" clips due to "View" co-host Rosie O'Donnell's criticism of the show.

She said, quote, "It's not true. He's way too old for me."

(--Obviously, that's "funny" because Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart are a couple in real life. Harrison is 64. Calista is 42.)

Both the National Enquirer and Star magazine are reporting that the real reason Britney wasn't allowed in to Kevin's house before going into rehab for a third time was because his other ex, Shar Jackson, was there. They say Shar was helping Kevin look after Britney's two children -- Sean Preston and Jayden James -- and if Britney found out she would have flipped out because she's jealous of Shar.

The Enquirer also claims that Britney's family has given her an ultimatum: if she doesn't finish rehab and sober up, they will commit her to a mental hospital!

"Britney doesn't think she has a problem. She agreed to go into rehab only because Kevin promised they'd be back together with their babies if she finished the program," said a "source" supposedly close to the couple. "Shar has been at Kevin's house helping him with the boys... Britney is terrified Kevin will get back with Shar. If Britney finds out what's going on, she'll go ballistic. There's no doubt she'll bolt from Promises and go running to get the kids, adds the "source."

And check this out. . . the church is in a gated community called Sandy Port. . . and the people in charge are cashing in BIG TIME. TMZ.com says they're charging the media $2,000 PER CAMERA to get in. . . and $5,000 to set up a live feed.

There's no word whether it had anything to do with how long it took to bury Anna or not, but it's being reported that the casket will be CLOSED.

However. . . as we've already heard, Anna is being buried in a gown custom-made by one of her favorite designers. . . and she'll also be wearing a TIARA.

Pink is the word at this ceremony. Anna's dress will be pink, as will the velvet cover on her coffin. And there will be TONS of pink flowers.

Country singer JOE NICHOLS. . . who met Anna in 2005. . . will perform two songs: The ballad "I'll Wait for You" and DOLLY PARTON'S "Wings of a Dove".

After the hour-long service, Anna's body will be taken to the cemetery and buried next to that of her son DANIEL, who died last September at the age of 20.

Only 30 people will be at the graveside service.

Anna WILL be buried with the ashes of her late husband, J. HOWARD MARSHALL. (--Her HALF of Marshall's ashes, anyway. Marshall's family got the other half.)

Britney Spears being in rehab has already had one positive outcome -- Kevin Federline's transformation into Super Dad. A source close to K-Fed told Us magazine he's currently put his life on hold while he works overtime to take care for his two sons (Sean Preston, 17 months, and 5-month-old Jayden James).

There have been reports that Britney Spears has been wearing her wedding ring again.

First they were house hunting, now they're rumored to be engaged. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden's relationship is moving awfully fast! Nicole and Joel reportedly visited Los Angeles jewelry store XIV Karats on February 19, and Nicole tried on several ruby necklaces before buying one for half-price at $3,350. Nicole and Joel then looked at the engagement rings, which were also on sale ... An employee told Life & Style Weekly magazine: "Of course he would never get her a half-price ring."

According to The Enquirer, it wasn't a drug overdose that killed Anna Nicole Smith, but pneumonia. In the new issue just hitting newsstands, they report that preliminary findings reveal that tests performed during the autopsy show Anna Nicole had a severe case of pneumonia. Prescription drugs that she had taken made the condition worse and did play a role in her death. The full toxicology report has not yet been completed.

Sources very close to the death investigation told The Enquirer that the prescription drugs masked the seriousness of her pneumonia. Anna Nicole had previously been hospitalized for pneumonia in the Bahamas after her son died. This time, the painkillers Anna Nicole was taking masked her symptoms and quickened the deadly effects of the pneumonia.
